2007 Finalists Announced in
Global Awards for Excellence in BPM & Workflow

January 14, 2008—Lighthouse Point, FL.  BPMFocus.org and BPM.com are pleased to announce the finalists for the 2007 Global Awards for Excellence in Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow. These prestigious awards, now in their 14th year, are used to recognize user organizations that have demonstrably excelled in implementing innovative solutions to meet strategic business objectives. There are five geographical regions. Each region receives a Gold and Silver Award. For the first time this year, the Global winner will also be announced.

The Awards Ceremony takes place on Monday, February 25th, 2008 at the Business Process Management Showcase event in Nashville, TN

Lead judge and BPM Industry Analyst Derek Miers commented on the strength of the entries, especially those from the Pacific Rim. “With a wide range of industries represented, the critical importance of driving performance improvement through more effective management of the firm‘s business processes was evident.” In judging, particular attention was paid to implementations that show BPM and workflow extending beyond the corporate boundaries to support customers, suppliers, trading partners, etc.
